Looking for templates

I am looking for business templates so that I might be able to shortcut the action scripting learning process. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee for this. I have Derek Franklins FLASH MX ACTIONSCRIPTING ADVANCED BOOK. I has some neat lessons that I have been slugging my way through. Does anyone know of a set of such templates available on the market?

What I struggle with is pull down menus, menus inside of scroll boxes, linking the text on the menu and going to the next page, etc. Frankly, I just want it to work. I know have enough knowledge that I can figure some of this stuff out once I see it in front of me.

Any help appreciated. After all I am 68 and how many 68 yr olds have you seen even get to this stage?
