Anyone tried the Beatnik Chords Tutorial??

I need some advice. I am fairly new to web design, having recently completed school. I am working on a site for a photographer friend of mine who is super choosy yet wants sound on his site. I checked out a really cool site called Electrica (http://electrica.leonid.de/cgi-bin/index.cgi), saw they used the Beatnik plug-in, then checked out the Beatnik site. The tutorials look really cool, they even had beginner ones. Anyone checked them out? I am just wondering if I should go this route. It looks like it's fairly easy. Any advice would be REALLY appreciated!
