I have been searching the web for ages but I can't find a tutorial which explains how to create an e-brochure, like the on in the following link:

I can find plenty of places which can do it for me, but I want to create my own. Can anyone tell me where to find a tutorial which shows me how to do this?
No one yet can help me?
I have seen these things every where but the price that people are chargin per page is pretty expensive - especially if there are a lot of pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated - even if it's just the functionality of animating the page flip, rather than all the zoom features which i can work out at a later stage...

I have just heard of Flash e-Brochure http://www.flash-ebrochure.com/ which creates easily a flash e-brochure, by uploading your pdf file, and watch it while it turns into an online brochure within 2 minutes!.
It is very competitive, as far as it's price is concerned, and it is very user friendly!
Two choices:
Either to upload your PDF to this free online PDF to Flash and create a publication, the hosting of the conversion result is also free;
Or download the desktop PDF to Flash converter version to create as many publications as you want.
Here I need to clarify, the conversion is free if you do not care of their logo on the top left corner in the publication and the online created file can be hosted free on their website, so you can ask them for the code to embed the conversion result to your MyPlace, Facebook, etc, with their logo remains.
For business use, you can use the fixed version of the converter or buy for single conversion.
The best solution if you want to have an application which you can edit according to your needs is the megazine3 (v138) - just type "megazine" into google search!
There's a great support and lots of tutorials about how to adjust the application and change its settings.

You can also try some free online sources such as Issuu for making e-brochure for free.
There are many online services which can convert PDF files into flash e-books with flipping pages, some of them are free. Therefore you could prepare the content, export it to PDF and make a flash e-book. This it the simplest way, in my opinion
