Good business plans do not involve bad ethics.
I suggest that you file for a 501(C) educational non-profit tax status.
You could ask people to become members for a $3.00 a month fee. Not require them to pay. In exchange for this fee they would recieve a monthly print out of the movies or whatever you want to give as a token. (T-shirts ect.)
if only 10% of all subcribers gave $3.00 per month that we be about $400,000.00 a year to help cover operating exspences.
The point is do not screw up something this great. Going non-profit will preserve the original generous community of the most intelligent and creative people on the face of the earth. Keep the flashpassion alive and free!
