Flash carousel in an education software

Good day everyone. I am a teacher and I am trying to develop an education software for my students to make the learning more interesting since kids nowadays are more into information and technology. I wanted to insert a 3d carousel menu as the main interface but it does not just work. I downloaded a few simple carousel templates and tried editing them to no avail. Is this way even possible? If it does i would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.Thank you.
