i have a problem where i have used -

and i cant get it to load in the "mainFrame" of my html site, it keeps loading as a "_blank".
the code for a button is -
<SUB text="Games Workshop" URL="digiGWork.html" target="mainFrame"></SUB>
but doesnt seem to do as its told.
can anyone help me please !!!!?!?!?!
