how do i do this?

ok heres the thing, i want to make an image thingy like this:

This automatically grabs my stats off the www.runescape.com highscores page.

my question is: how do i do this?

i want to just customise the image so i looks better on my site.

From the headers it looks like a php application that is generating the image. ( custom handler - a jpg is actually a php file ). Unless you have access to the source code you can't modify the output.
To do this yourself you need to know php and GD ( or any language that has a image manipulation library )

any ideas where i can go to learn php scripting?
