Export .wav from .swf

Hello,
Can I export a .wav from a .swf?
I know about the windows sound mixer
workaround (bad static, not a loop anymore).
Is there a better workaround?

I use Flash 4

If anyone is intrested I (the originator of
this thread) have found a solution.
You can go and get Total Recorder (Win 32)

it is shareware :-( but it works gr8 :-)
The audio stays digital.
If you are recording a sound loop, you will
need to trim it with some audio editing
software.
