Adobe Flash
I would suggest lynda.com to learn Flash. Do you have the source fla files or only the .swf? It is easy enough to re-create those interactions, but sometimes it is nice to start with existing file so you can de-construct and see how it is made.
Adobe provides a free 30 day trial of Flash if you are interested in learning.
