Help! I need to know how to write a .BAT file!

I need a .BAT file to start my Setup.exe file in the fscommand folder for a Flash MX standalone player but I've no idea what to type.

I tried opening Notepad & typed

Dialup (this is where the setup.exe file is stored)
Setup.exe

and saved the Notepad file as a .BAT. However I keep getting "bad command or file name" response when the BAT file runs.
So what am I supposed to type??

If writing in notepad the file may have been saved as file.bat.txt view the file in the dos prompt to check. Also try putting the full path to the .exe file in the batch file.
