Help! Text Scroll Box Problem!

Is it at all possible to have a scrolling dynamic text box, where all i would have to do is change a .txt file somewhere on the server and it changes it in the text flash?

If so could someone post an example .fla for me with the text area 325 wide by 215 tall (325x215)at 30 fps???
