Stuttering video playback??

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with a small problem I am having. I followed some tutorials I found on the http://www.gotoandlearn.com site for creating video using .flv files and flash. These worked great apart from when I view the final file in a browser and then click off the browser or go to another programme and the video playback stutters. This doesn't happen with the http://www.gotoandlearn.com site at all.

i then tried using the Flash video player components which although higher in file size did work to play video but still stutter when clicking out of the browser. As I have followed the tutorials word for word I can't see where the problem would lie.

If anyone has any ideas about this or has come across this before then any help would be greatly appreciated with this.

The .flv is about 11MB in size and was converted using the Flash 8 standalone video encoder programme.

Any help with this would be exceptionally greatfully received.
