How do I define/limit size of project

I'm a first time user trying to learn how to define the size of the project I am creating. For example:

I would like to use KoolMoves to create "banner" sized animations rather than full size.

Is there a way to set the parameters within KoolMoves to limit/constrain the resulting .swf?

Yes Indead,

Click on Movie>Movie Size and then select the size you want in Pixels. The gold rectangular box is the size of your movie.
