How do i set a font to........... Arial Narrow.......with actionscript? I'd use the drop down list for a dynamic text box that changes font except Arial Narrow isn't listed...but its listed in the font drop down box on yahoo mail so I know it exsists.........so How do I use........Arial Narrow.......in flash? How do i set a font with actionscript? I'd like to make it dynamic if I can.
thats strange it should be in the font-list if its available ... check in photoshop or another app if u have it available... maybe its a yahoo application thing so its available from within there...
but have a look at the embedFont method of the textfield object if u need to..
Had to install the Ariel Narrow Font in the actual windows system to get it to show up in the flash editor.
thats what u always have to do anyway for a font to become avaiable...(at least as far as i know)
