Looking for Flash Cartoonist for Non-Animation

Looking to have five 70x70 flash drawings [thumbnails] made that have a comicbook feel. Each drawing will be the same guy, just a different expression. It would also be cool to have his hand coming in front of the frame for a couple [such as a thumbs up].
