Pre Load Advance

i was wondering if there is a way to have an advanced preloader to load up in parts .... maybe the parts of the background images are the actual preloader to themselves...

he uses a preloader but the images all are preloaders of themselves in which he dynamically draws out the homepage with preloaders.
I just would love this technique it would help me out a lot for my compositions.

He has only "one" preloader for each section. The white bar that moves from left to right ;) The pictures that you think are preloaders (which they are not) are just tweens that he did.

but is there a way to set up a movie clip as an actual preloader instead of having everything load up with that silly bar????

You can make the bar anything you want.
