Use of sound loops

Hello, I am an iOS Developer and I am wondering if I could use the resources from this site (fx sounds and sound loops) in my COMMERCIAL game... I want to say you that I don't use flash, I use another framework for this project... So, am I allowed to use te freeware resources and the shareware resources freely, without paying any price in my COMMERCIAL application?

Read the licensing attributed to the actual sound/sound loop as they all vary

So, as I understood from other discutions, I am free to use the freeware sounds in my commercial products with no limitation and for shareware I have to talk with the creator. Am I right?
