I think it's a custom site made with flash xml components, here's the company who made it for art-studio. They seem to use the same concept for their own portfolio.

You can also dissect what what in this swf file pretty easily with Flashbug: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...ddon/flashbug/ and in combination of the firebug net panel.
