Browser Conflicts

Hi. I'm going kind of crazy here fighting between Netscape 6.1 and Internet Explorer 5.0. I'm finding that my targeted movies are not playing in Internet Explorer. I'm using simple actions between the movies like goto and stop and goto and play. Is there anything that I need to do when maybe publishing to help flash work with both browsers?

Please help I'm sure that I'm not the only one that has gone nuts over this.

I just figured out that my swf filws aren't playing either. I could use some direction also. Anyone else? or am I missing something? Thanks in advance of any advice.
