[RESOLVED] Pileated Pictures Woodpecker text effect!

i stumbled onto this very cool site, http://www.pileatedpictures.com. Go to its site and a wierd looking woodpecker will start talking. The site itself is cool enough.also, when you move your mouse over the woodpecker, it will say something. And when you move to it again, it says something else! How is it possible?
