AHH! Scrollers working sometimes but not all the time

OK I need yalls help...I just made this site for a friend and im having lots of trouble with the scrollbars. They work for me and all my friends on PC's evertime. but they dont work for my friend.

My conclusion is that he has a mac, and im thinkin that mac doesnt support the new Flash UI scrollbars. Can yall check it out for me

When the page opens the scrollbars on the news page and info page are the ones he's having trouble with.
