Need recommendation for Flash SCR maker program

Hi All,

I need a recommendation for a good flash screensaver maker program. The generated screensaver needs to work on all windows operating systems from Win95 to WinXP plus the windows servers.

The ones I've found either create an install file (.EXE), and thus require some sort of OCX to be loaded as well, or do not work on all windows operating systems.

Any recommendations would be great. Below is a list of the ones I've tried and why they are not acceptable for this project:

ScreenTime: no option to create just the SCR file.
Screensaver Maker: does not work on all OS's
Flash Forge: doesn't compress the file well.
