Button code

Hi guys I have run it to something I cant get. I am trying to make a Button that when you mouse over it opens to the main Button. I can get it to open. but I can not get it to close. I have tryed on roll out. but it did not work, can some one please get me the code for it.

I would recommend starting all over. Wait just a second so I can look something up real quick.

Making the first button a movie clip and entering the code:

onClipEvent (enterFrame) {
_root.status = hitTest(_root._xmouse, _root._ymouse, true);
}

Next, I would try to find a way to make it so that if _root.status was equal to true to create the master button, and if it was false to get rid of the button.
