export image from flash to jpeg or bmp

I was able to print to file- but the image quality was very poor.

The image is created with actionscript and can only be viewed by running the swf.

the client wants a JPEG to use on other parts of the site- and the best one I made using print screen was lousy

shouldn't take that long to trace this in illustrator or freehand... just charge them an hourly rate for the conversion...
