Wanted: Simple flash animation
Hello,
What I need is an animated fish tank or maybe the ocean, not sure yet. But I need fish to be swimming in it. This would work like a navigation menu. You can click the fish and then you are taken to another page. Each fish would be a link. Perhaps if it is an aquarium it would be cool if when the fish is clicked, it is picked up by a net and then the page is loaded. The fish need to blink and do other simple stuff. I cannot afford to spend much, but go ahead and give me some estimates please.
