CD playback of FLV

Finally finished the project which plays a large FLV fullscreen. Works fine on drive, but testing on CD the playback stutters a little (doesnt really show in the picture, but in the audio).
Am exporting at a lower bitrate, but is there anything else I can do?

I've increased buffer time but no improvement:

ns.setBufferTime(10);

...though maybe this is online setting only

Well, I've had to chuckle. After a LOT of re-encoding, looking at bandwidth, framerate, resolution........ I tried the CD in an old less powerful laptop & it played perfectly smoothly. I then recalled playing an audio CD in my newer PC a few weeks back, and how it struggled. So, it's not an FLV issue, it's failing hardware I suspect. Heigh ho.
