how can i remotely disable a swf from functioning?

I'm releasing an exe which uses SWF files to function

the SWF files use internet access to load some stuff needed for the exe.

i am encrypting my SWFs

but just incase there are any bugs inside the SWF that allow my exe to be exploited, i want to be able to code something that would allow me to remotely disable the downloaded swf's and stop then from working, forcing the user to download the new files.

is this possible? sorry if this doesnt make much sense
