If you have freehand you can save it as a TIF file and trace it in Freehand then copy and paste it to Flash..
Not sure why Flash can't open TIF files ....

IF your SWF has a lot of code like Duplicate mc or such, that can be processor intensive. It will make older slower systems run slow. I have had it happen to me cause I only run a 600MHz Pentium III....

On your ending keyframe (the grey color txt frame)select it then open the effects panel (click windows---->panels--->effects) and select tint from the drop down menu this should fix your morphing...

Click on Window--> Panel Sets--> Default Layout
That should open the instance/effect/frame/sound panel.
If that doesn't work I'm not sure.

I always import my Jpeg,gif or whatever and then trace the picture onto another layer. Then I delete the original. It makes for a smaller file size and looks better.

It sounds like you applied the Action to a keyframe and not the button. Make sure you have the action on the button by right clicking the button and selecting actions.
