Dang, then does anywone know where to get a MP3 editor?

I want my music to fade out at a sertain point...but when i choose the "fade Out" it doesn't fade where i want it too..HELP!

How do I fade my background music at a sertain point on the time line? the song idn't all the way done, but i want it too fade then stop..HOW?!

I tried all the tutorials i could find but it doesn't WORK!!!

if someone could send me a .fla of a shape tweening that would be VERY helpful.
