well right now i have it off to the side drawn up in a new/differnt layer.

Ok basically, this is how the scene looks, a simple backround with edges of the window panel seen, then i want a hand to come down & close the window, and the entire frame of the window will slide...

when i click to download it i open it up in winzip & i click on the file then it opens up an says unexpected file format.
