goto windows..other panels and click on scene
highlight the scene and click the trashcan or drag it in
hit the + to add...double click on it to rename it

you can sync mouth movement to your audio in your timeline...by setting your audio to stream, you can hear it on the timeline and then draw in your mouth movements..draw your basic head and create...

use your search...I found all kinds of hits for music

sorry to disagree...I use actionscript to make flash movies..not websites...I never tried to make a website yet

why not reduce it to 25%..then select it
use the arrow keys with the shiftkey...it will roll along pretty fast.when you get to the parts you want to edit..make it larger

depending whats in the timeline, you can click on it,and whatever part you clicked will be selected...then just use the right or left and up and down arrow keys to move it.
