The runtime directory from the error message appears to be:
/usr/lib/httpd/modules/turbine7/

and not /usr/lib/httpd/modules/phpturbine7 .

TVE will always encode at the frame rate specified...
Please check the "Player Frame Rate" in the Flash tab - make sure it's not set to 12.5.

The problem is that any Flash movie loaded from another flash movie will play at the speed of the host movie. This means that probably your host movie has a frame rate of 12.5 - changing it to 25...

The <DataSet> tag is meant to define a Turbine DataSet from within MML - so it makes sense that it is displaying a blank PDF page.
What kind of display are you looking to do from MML?

What error message are you getting?
Have you checked that my.xml is accessible (due to firewall blockings) from the web server machine where Turbine runs?

Certainly - any Turbine {variables} inside MML or .swf templates are expanded to their values when the template is read.

This problem was solved by installing an older version of libstdc++ - the libstdc++3.10-2.96-0.83mdk.i586.rpm package that is included in the Mandrake 9.2 distribution.

I'm afraid that currently the only editor for .fla files is Macromedia's.
