Here's tip before you start hammering flash..

Divide your flash movie into several pieces.. Try using loadmovie script so you wouldn't have a big a$$ file. :)

I'm using 29.97 or 30fps if i really want to detail the animation.. It helps alot if you're using easing in or out.

But a little suggestion i made so it would look better. Try making the navigation a little smaller, it helps make your site sleek. Theres also one problem...

Light weight and content is direct.. I like it.. i give it an 8 for that..

Overall Look:

The look and color of the site is good. i like it. but make your fonts on the content section smaller, just for the sake of consistency for the navigation..
