Search:

just make sure the object is not grouped (else break apart )and use the Modify/shape/Soften fill edges.
play around with the distance , number of steps value.
u can do the same with text.

just go to the http://www.yahoo.com site. look for the geocities .
start an acount.
you need an ftp . for that u can use software like ws ftp.
if u dont have it u can also manage with out one....

ok...what u need 2 do is just break apart the text.
than use the fill and ink tool with the color u want.
for the hallow text just choose the inner part and delete.
