I used 'Save for Web' in Photoshop and managed to knock it down to 18.3 KBs.

Okay, I was completely off, the image is actually 172 KBs! Even so is their anyway to reduce it further?

I tried saving as a .jpg but that just bumps it up to 272 KBs.
