Yes, it's an ad campaign, see the URL, the source is tracked.
But, I have no problem with that kind of an ad campaign, when they state the site URL in the signature and it's posted to a related...

I'd say that the best decompiler is our ASV. (well, that's what I think).

But don't you think these promotion posts should be clearly labeled (that is signed by the real poster)?
It's kind of like ads in mags that are designed to look like an article (but they do have...

Of course I try to promote our products, but not subtely and only when appropriate. Nevertheless, yes, I think you have a point there. But should I not post at all to FlashKit? I've been using Flash...

You see, my point is about the 'ad campaign'.
I could have posted with a false or secret identity too.
I didn't post this because they are our competitors etc.; it's because I noticed the...

I've tested and can't reproduce the issue here with MX 2004 pro (I had to use a substitude font).
Report this at http://www.macromedia.com/support/email/wishform/ or else if Macromedia is unaware...

Standalone Flash Player is installed with Flash (authoring application). The trial for Flash MX 2004 which is available at Macromedia includes it.

Using ASV and Flash MX 2004 it's possible to rebuild the FLA file for a SWF within some limitations.

Actually I haven't tried that. But 2 SWF files: back_to_pga_off.swf and pgachamp_tour.swf can be found in the cache.

FusionGuy,
With ASV and its cache browser, you can get the SWF files from there. Am I missing something?

URL Action Editor can edit URL related actions and can change/hide symbols. Also Action Script Viewer offers a way to rebuild the FLA file with Flash MX 2004. See http://www.buraks.com

Hi Lev,
If your need is simple (a few SWF files), I can try helping you with ASV.

We, as Manitu Group, acknowledge that improper use of decompilers is a problem, and we are trying to figure out what we can do. See my blog post at http://www.asvguy.com/2004/01/the_swf_flash_d.html...

That won't work. (See http://www.buraks.com/unlockswf )

Fixed.
Actually you can see (and distinguish) the '?'s, they are characters, if you enable \u mode to display Unicode escapes.

I seem a bit late, but if you still need it, send the SWF or a link to it to burakk@buraks.com.

Another alternative is Action Script Viewer: http://www.buraks.com/asv

Believe it or not, no.
Our product 'Action Script Viewer' is a 'SWF decompiler' and the names, IMHO, can really get mixed up.
Well, I thought it might be referring to our product when I read...

Hi,
I've attached the FLA rebuilt with Action Script Viewer (ASV) 4.01.
There were no problems with the rebuild at all. ASV 4 creates a JSFL command file and extracts resources for the...

Hi,
Just wanted to clarify for casual readers that our product 'Action Script Viewer' is not related to this 'SWF Viewer' in any way.
I think your situation is totally unacceptable. Sorry for...
