Create a frame label eg "start loop" on the frame wher your loop action starts......on the last frame of your loop add a frame action which says goto and play "start loop".....that should do it....

Make your effect into a movie clip....the "flipping" can be down w/a motion tween and the fast-->slow effect can be done setting the "easing" control under tween options.....after you have the effect...

When you assign your Action to a mouse event...just make sure the "rollover" and "rollout" boxes are both checked at the botrtom of the actions panel....That should do it

Open your swf file in Flash.......then go to the "view" menu at the top You will see a "bandwidth Profiler" option in the drop down list......
