PROBLEM..

you have a serious problem with the size of the swf movie.. try right clicking and going to show all, yikes.. if anything disable right clicking in the flash movie.. over all sites ok.....

Well.. the start page or "splash" screen does not startle the eye, most would just exit the site right there.. no good. Always.. and I emphasize always, make your splash screen interesting.. it's...

to be honest, both look really blah.. the text is bad.. fonts all wrong.. yet the bgs good, i preferr #2, but really dude fix up the text.. makes it seem your not very professional.
