Yeah agreed - I love my MicroAdjustment.

I'm hoping you use a tripod.
You can tell if its buffer issues by seeing if the redlight on the aperture dial is on.
I normally shoot all my NightShots in Manual, just open the aperture and lower...

Out with the 50D, borrowed a lens from work, well two actually.
60mm USM Macro and the 14mm USM L. Shoulda have had the 10-22mm USM though, gives me a better effect at the lower end than a 14mm...
