yes, on the button use this

on (rollOver) {
_root.themovieclip.gotoAndPlay(2);

}

on your movieclip click on properties and name the movie clip variable themovieclip (or whatever you want)...

ok i see what you mean, but this is a huge file and when it loads the entire movie it could take hours. is there a way to have it goto the next scene on the first frame, when it is loaded? then...

alright, how do you make a preloader that gets the total bytes of only the first frame in the next scene, then when you click on one of the buttons on the first frame it will go to the next frame and...

Ok, you know how when you make a box and paint the middle linear... like the horizontal fade that can only be rotated.... well i wanted to be able to curve the straight fade like you do with the line...
