place the image in a movie clip with a motion tween of 20 frames with keyframes on frames 1, 10 and 20. add stops to the timeline on frame one - frame ten - and frame twenty. shrink image on frames 1...

any drag and drop tutorial will sort you out.

perty certain I heard that AAC lose quality the more they are reproduced (kinda like jpgs - or any other compressed file format for that matter).
