Hi everyone!
I have a movie clip with a listbox in it. I need to be able to duplicate this movie clip and still access the list box. For some reason I am unable to get to the duplicated list box...

Sorry about that, I was tired. In fact, I still am...
But I gave it a try and it has worked :) Just the onClipEvents needed to be duplicated as the baseline clip was duplicated. I read somewhere...

Can I duplicate these actions with the line clip?
Thx,

Do I have to clear the line each time the clip is dragged? If so, won't that look choppy?

What an easy subject! The question is a little harder...
I have 2 instances of a movie clip... box1 and box2
You can drag and drop both of them.
Somehow I want to have a line connecting...

You're very welcome, glad I could help :)

I need the WMODE of my movie to be Window, because it's the only way that my Flash movie will stay above Form elements on my page. However, I still need those...

I have installed the Flash 6 player.
I have a Flash movie with one frame and the following code in it.

Right. I'm just in a swill of astonishment right now at the stuff I saw on the tour... it looks great! Besides, I like to keep abreast of the new versions of Flash.

I preordered this 8 minutes after I got the email. I'm gonna be the 4th person to get it! Woot!
I love the new features... especially dynamic importing of JPEGs.
This is going to be sweet.

sometimes I teach in a non-understandable like Bill Cosby, i.e. "Now -- Ya pudda da moobie clip wi da assunskip, on da Stay. Den ya pudda Play assun on da clip an pudda roo toggie on da lye!"

Do you mean an icon in your Flash movie, or a file icon (like the blue E on a white page for HTML files?)

You can easily run an ASP script that will read from a DB based on an ID number (or something) that you feed it and create a text file.
I would do something like this in ASP:

Okay. First of all, GetURL does not send the variables to a text file. It sends the variables to a script. A text file in itself has absolutely no way to interact with variables.
Secondly, as you...

Now, I might not be Jesus, but I'm back! After a long hiatus from the FK boars I've returned to offer my minimal and collectively useless tidbits of knowledge to the community.
W00t!

The menu looks awesome. I'd suggest making the FK logo do something when you mouseover (I think this has already been brought up).
I've been to a lot of flash sites where the buttons look...
