i can only advise you to try to convert mov to flash
video to flash converter may help. but as i know you also need to install a special codec - quicktime alternative

i didn't use it myself, but my family (they live in another city) did. i asked and they told they use windows media encoder 9. try google for it... i can see and hear them right in a windows media...
