are these local FLV or coming from the server?

Could you upload the .FLA? Have you tryed using cue points?

When you encode the FLV put cue points at the end of them and have a listener action on the frame that its loaded on. here is what i use.

Hey, I apprecatie you working on this. But it still doesn't seem to load, unless it is the EXACT time set...i can Crtl-Enter...sit and what the time count up to the EXACT time...the poof...if loads...
