If you mean the user's RAM, you can't. Or atleast I'm about 99% sure you can't.

You could have each scene automatically continue playing. Then have an if statement that would cause the movie to return to the main scene if a certain value were set to something.

Just change the alpha of the text from 100% to 0% at different intervals (90%, 80%, etc) between the frames displaying the text.

I'm pretty sure the projector doesn't need the Flash plugin to run, and if you load all of the .swf's through the projector, it should be fine. Have you tried it yet?

I don't think you can yet. Macromedia would need to port their Flash player to that platform. Unless, of course, someone else did it.
