I am trying to test a preloader on a MC that is dynamicaly loaded to the main movie.
When I publish I can see the main preloader but I don't see the preloaders that a set
on any loaded MC with...

it might work but you will loose all tweens and so.
I would try,from your original .fla file: Edit/copy frames. and then on the other movie Edit/paste frames.

Make sure your chose "input text" and not "dynamic text"

for the "choose language" in french it would be "choisir langue".

I did this in a week, no problems, only with russian language ( its all gifs now) the client didn't want flash6.The main point was to keep it light.
Has anyone got a cool idea to spice it up a bit?...
