Is each files variable named differently?
or does all textfiles start with defining the same variable name?
eg
-----texfile1 start ------
myVar=hello
-----textfile1 stop -----
-----texfile2...

Well, I just had the same problem myself.
At least with the Matrox Millenium G400 the key is not within Flash.
In the G400 QuickDesk, select "Hot Keys".
Set hotkeys for "Save Windows Positons"...
