You don't actually have to download anything. Just disable your pop-up manager (that is for the majority of browsers). What browser and OS are you using?

I like the layout and design, it looks professional. I would keep the Flash as long as you can keep the loading times low (right now there are no loading times, you should try to keep it that way...

Click a frame, then go to the properties panel and in the lower left is a label name box. You can only label frames though, not layers.
