There are no fonttypes that are compatible in all platforms. So the only sollution is to save the text as an image. This way your browser can never change the fonts.

if you want to rotate in a differend way, just change the centerpoint of the cirkel,...see modify, transform, edit center. The cirkel has to be a symbol to do this.
