i create the movie the same size.
it's the only way i know.

save your sw.fla as an swf file.
in you first movie add a keyframe where you whant the sw.swf file to open.
double click the key frame and click on ther actions tab.
add the load/unload movie...

this probably ain't the best way but it works.
you need to create a new movie. size it like your video.
what you need to do is save as movie (ctrl+Alt+Shift+s).

select the sequence, jpeg,...

no html code required.
in the publish setting click the html tab.
in dimension select match movie.

if this is not good reply and be more explicit w/the prob.

If they left it but default it will be outlook.
check and see if there default mail app is in the selection.
